Reebok Classic Leather

The Reebok Classic Leather launched in 1983 as a performance running shoe and became one of the brand’s defining everyday silhouettes. Its low profile, leather-led upper, EVA cushioning and durable rubber outsole look simple, but modern Classic Leather releases, vintage pairs and related Classic models should not be treated as interchangeable.

Key versions

Standard Classic Leather releases preserve the familiar panelled upper and slim running shape. Vintage-inspired, nylon, suede, platform, women’s and collaboration editions can change the upper, lining, sole treatment and fit. Club C, Workout Plus and Classic Nylon are separate models despite sharing parts of Reebok’s retro visual language.

Fit and condition

Reebok lists the reviewed unisex reference as a regular fit and provides men’s, women’s, UK and EU conversions. For used pairs, inspect leather creasing, collar lining, heel counter shape, EVA compression, outsole hardening and separation around the sole edge. White pairs may show repainting or aggressive cleaning.
